Warranty Information

  • Warranty Terms and conditions
  1. Gameiun Computer products carry a standard limited warranty. Warranty coverage may differ from each product type, specifications and category. (Please see table for the warranty coverage of each product)
  2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance within the specified warranty period.
  3. Gameiun will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts free of charge subject to terms and conditions applied herein should the product or unit require servicing. And no service unit is being provided whenever the product or unit requires servicing.
  4. Products or Unit with manufacturer’s warranty as specified and within the specified warranty period, must be brought to its Authorized Service Provider.
  5. Extended warranties advertised or offered by the manufacturer of the products are subject to their own warranty terms and conditions.
  6. Item or products found defective within the 7days initial period may be allowed for an Advance Warranty Replacement(AWR) subject to the Advance warranty replacement conditions.
  • Warranty Exclusions
  1. This warranty does not cover on-site services. Customers must bring their defective unit or product to the store or authorize service provider for warranty claim.
  2. This warranty does not cover all physical damages due electrical overstress, overclocking, bent pins, melted wires, circuit board traces, corrosion, pest infestations, mishandling, accident, transport or misuse or any user induce damage and or operated not in accordance with the instruction manual.
  3. Tampered, deface, or altered serial numbers and warranty stickers or any modifications, repairs or serviced by unauthorized or a third-party technician may void warranty claim.
  4. This warranty does not cover software issues including but not limited to defect/malfunctions cause by viruses, loss of data, operating system failures, software installation problems and software incompatibility.
  5. Printers using non-authorized inks, refillable, Injectable or compatibles inks not in accordance with the original ink as indicated in its instruction manual may void warranty.
  6. LCD monitors and laptop screen with less than 6dead pixels are not eligible for warranty claims unless the product offers a Zero Bright Dot warranty.
  7. LCD monitors, laptops/notebooks and branded desktop initially diagnosed with black-out, no power, or no display output within the first week from the date of purchase are not eligible for AWR (Advance Warranty Replacement)
  8. This warranty does not cover freight and transport cost in case product/unit has to be shipped back to the customer.
