Warranty Policy

Claim Process

  1. Defective item/ unit must be brought to the store or authorize service provider for diagnosis. Present defective item/unit with the warranty slip, invoice or proof of purchase. A service order form or Job order slip will then be issued by the technician upon receipt of the item/unit.
  2. Items/ unit covered by the warranty will be sent to the supplier/manufacturer for diagnosis and correction of any imperfections. Always return defective items/Unit in its complete box/package and accessories for fast transactions.
  3. Customers will be notified once repair is done or imperfection has been resolved within 60 days or less. Upon notification, a 30-days period will be given to customer to claim their item/unit. A storage fee of Php 100 per day past the 30-days claim period.
  4. Items/Unit found defective within the first week or 7 days from the date of purchase may claim Advance Warranty Replacement subject to the Advance warranty replacement condition. Beyond 7 days period is subject for repair or service:
  • The item/s or products must be return in its original packaging with all accessories in good physical condition. Lost or damage original packaging may result to servicing or repair only.
  • The returned defective item/product will be inspected and diagnose. Once verified and confirmed defective, Gameiun will provide a brand-new replacement product. In the event that no available replacement of the same product, customer may opt to upgrade or change of brand, provided that the customer pays the price difference.

    Advance warranty replacement shall not be provided for monitors exhibiting defects in the following categories:
    * Display problems - No display, black screen, power not turning on.
    * Bleeding screen issue on LCD/LED monitors.
    * Adaptor issues - Damage to the monitor's power cable/adapter.
    * Dead pixel policy exceptions - Advance replacement not valid if number of dead pixels is within acceptable limits as per policy.
